The car is somewhere unsafe
On a busy road shoulder, a blind corner or anywhere you can't stand beside it safely. Call your roadside assistance or a tow first.
The job needs a hoist
Some work needs the car lifted, special equipment or time in a workshop. Ray will tell you before he comes out.
There's accident damage
Talk to your insurer first. They will usually arrange towing and assessment.
